AS-PL celebrated its 30th anniversary with a new advertising film, “Alternator Crime Story”. A sequel to the popular 2017 “Alternator Love Story”, it premiered on 1 February – the day the company was founded.
Auto-Starter was registered on 1 February 1992, with Danuta and Andrzej Kaszubowski initially storing alternators and starters in their family flat. Renamed AS-PL in 2017, the company now has more than 300 employees and is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of vehicle electrical parts, with AS-branded products available in about 100 countries.
In the film, Alternator and his friend Starter set out to recover their beloved Volkswagen T3 after it disappears. Produced with Mova Film, it focuses on genuine emotion rather than a typical advertising message.
