AS-PL informed its business partners that its financial policy is supported by the credit insurance institution Atradius.
Any delays in settling liabilities will be reported to the insurer’s register, which may negatively affect a customer’s rating and its cooperation with other suppliers.
To set appropriate credit limits, Atradius needs to assess each customer’s creditworthiness, so AS-PL or Atradius may request company data to be used solely for that assessment.
