At the start of 2017, Auto-Starter – Kaszubowska Danuta was converted under Polish company law into a limited liability company named AS-PL Sp. z o.o.
From the beginning of 2017, Auto-Starter – Kaszubowska Danuta was transformed into a limited liability company, AS-PL Sp. z o.o., under the relevant articles of the Polish Code of Commercial Companies. The transformation plan was reviewed by a chartered auditor appointed by the registration court.
The company now trades under its new name and, as required by law, would add the note “formerly Auto-Starter – Kaszubowska Danuta” for one year after registration. The announcement also listed the new registration details needed for tax and accounting purposes and the contact details of the central warehouse in Gdańsk.
