To improve purchasing processes, AS-PL introduced a significant change to backorders on its B2B platform. Customers can now see the Expected Time of Departure (ETD) while placing an order.
- Products marked with the “BO” icon can be backordered.
- The basket shows items awaiting delivery in a separate view.
- All previously placed backorders can be reviewed on one screen.
The company said it will keep customers informed about further updates to the platform.
