AS-PL’s road safety campaign for grades 1–3 gave reflective bands and educational posters to over 1,000 children.
Together with selected Tri-City primary schools, AS-PL launched the first edition of “Safety with Mr. Alternator”, a campaign promoting safe behaviour on the road among children in grades 1–3.
More than 800 pupils from Primary Schools No. 65 and No. 29 in Gdańsk and School and Kindergarten Complex No. 3 in Gdynia received flexible reflective bands, visible up to 200 metres after dark. Over 200 pupils from the primary school in Lubichowo, where AS-PL’s production plant is located, also joined.
The schools received educational posters covering key rules such as watching out for other road users and wearing reflective elements. AS-PL hopes to reach more schools in the coming years.
