A new AS-PL film goes behind the scenes of how new and remanufactured alternators and starters are dismantled, machined, assembled and finally tested.
AS-PL has released a new film about its production site in Lubichowo, Poland. It shows step by step how the company makes sure that both new and remanufactured alternators and starter motors meet its quality standards.
The film covers every stage, from dismantling and component assessment to machining, assembly and final diagnostic testing. Recovered components are registered in a system, assigned the right technological process and tracked throughout the workflow.
- Equipment designed and built by AS-PL’s own technical team makes it possible to produce certain models even in small batches.
- Every unit passes a final check on dedicated test stations, and the company is building expertise in remanufacturing modern BSG systems.
- Components that cannot be reused are sorted and sent to specialised recycling facilities.
