AS-PL is building a 6-storey office block and a warehouse of over 6,600 m² next to its Gdańsk headquarters, with Dekpol Budownictwo as general contractor.
A new complex is being built next to AS-PL’s headquarters on Michałki Street in Gdańsk. Dekpol Budownictwo is managing the project and acting as general contractor.
Plans include a 6-storey office building with a rooftop terrace on the 5th floor, a social and office building, and a warehouse of more than 6,600 m² with multi-level shelving. The design features photovoltaic panels, EV chargers, a green roof and rain gardens.
Logistics Director Sebastian Wencel said the building will offer an innovative workplace for over 200 employees and was designed with the company’s current and future needs in mind. Completion was planned for mid-2025.
