AS-PL was a supporting sponsor with its own stand at the semi-final of the 19th Automobile Technology Olympics at Warsaw University of Technology.
The semi-final of the 19th Automobile Technology Olympics took place on 17 March 2018 at the Faculty of Automotive and Construction Machinery Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology. The competition is organised by Auto Moto Serwis, and AS-PL took part as a supporting sponsor.
At the AS-PL stand, students could explore the construction of starters and alternators on a touch screen with 3D models, and view educational posters on alternator and starter diagnostics.
Around 500 students from mechanical schools sat a 40-question test, and 13 reached the final on 12 May, which includes two practical diagnostic and repair tasks. The nationwide contest is held under the honorary patronage of the Minister of National Education, and finalists are exempt from the written part of their vocational exam.
