At boot Düsseldorf, held from 17 to 25 January 2026, MOLL Batterien presented its latest innovation: a Na⁺ (sodium-ion) battery in a standard DIN case.
The company says it aims to set new benchmarks in performance, service life and environmental compatibility. The sodium-ion battery under development is intended for demanding applications in the marine sector, commercial vehicles and motorhomes.
The stand in Hall 11 (B31) attracted strong interest and hosted many technical discussions with partners, customers and industry representatives. MOLL sees this as evidence of the growing need for future-proof energy storage in mobile applications.
