MSG Equipment’s shock absorber course is a balanced theory-and-practice program designed so trainees can start working professionally right after completion.
- Day 1: suspension and shock absorber classification, common failures, fluids, selecting parts and seals by catalogue; diagnosing and repairing twin-tube shock absorbers
- Day 2: mono-tube and twin-tube construction and special tools; repairing mono-tube units
- Day 3: consumables, Q&A and summary; further hands-on repair practice
Practical sessions use MSG special tools, the MS200 and the MS1000+ test bench.
