MSG Equipment explained that its benches undergo a 24-hour vibration test before shipping and are protected by multi-layer packaging.
MSG Equipment shared the packaging process it uses to protect precision test equipment in transit. Every item spends 24 hours on a vibration bench before shipment, after which its output parameters are measured.
- Benches are wrapped in three-layer, high-density bubble film and fixed to a wooden pallet with special tape.
- Several layers of stretch film are added, and wheels are secured on wooden bars.
- International shipments go in wooden crates that have passed phytosanitary control for customs.
Smaller items such as testers, spare parts and special tools are wrapped in stretch and bubble film and packed in cardboard boxes.
