The brake systems course at the MSG Equipment training center covers the maintenance and repair of calipers and caliper brackets over two days of theory and practice.
- Day 1: classification and operation of brake systems, common failures, parts selection software, consumables and the Frenkit range; selecting parts correctly with measuring tools
- Day 2: repair specifics of different caliper types and special tools; diagnosing and repairing caliper brackets and calipers
Practice uses real units, MSG special tools and the MS300 test bench. The program can be extended on request, trainees may bring their own units, and schedules are arranged individually.
