From pump test benches to flushing units: MSG Equipment presents its range of equipment for diagnosing hydraulic power steering systems.
In this article MSG Equipment presents its line-up for diagnosing hydraulic power steering systems:
- MS604 – a bench testing single- and dual-circuit mechanically driven pumps by simulating on-car operation, with 0–1500 rpm speed control,
- MS502M – a stand that tests steering racks under load, with quick mounting,
- MS603N – a mobile 220 V unit that flushes the system and can also check the rack and pump,
- MS611 – a portable tester for pumps and racks on the vehicle, able to check electronic pumps together with the MS561,
- MS610 – a compact tester that checks the pump without removal, plus the MS522 pneumatic vice and MS521 diagnostic tool.
The range is designed to help workshops find hydraulic steering faults quickly and accurately.
