MSG Equipment’s three-day AC compressor course covers climate system theory, repair of different compressor types and hands-on servicing with the MS111 and MS101P.
MSG Equipment’s vehicle air-conditioning course follows the company’s own program, reinforcing each block of theory with practice.
- Day 1: operating principles of climate systems, vapour-compression cycles, refrigerants and oils; dismantling and repairing axial-piston and scroll compressors
- Day 2: system components, restoring tightness of aluminium lines, repair kits; repairing rotary vane and wobble plate compressors on the MS111 bench
- Day 3: AC maintenance, flushing, pressure testing and refrigerant charging using the MS111, the MS101P flushing stand and a charging unit
The goal is to turn trainees into specialists in AC maintenance and repair.
