In Rivian electric vehicles the powertrain, high-voltage battery, ADAS, cooling and charging modules operate as one intelligent platform. Because of this integration, a fault in one module may show up elsewhere, and incorrect actions can trigger protection modes.
The LOKI PRO scanner, developed for Tesla and Rivian, offers the following once the RIVIAN PACKAGE software module is activated:
- Reading and clearing trouble codes in all units, including BMS, ADAS, inverters and charging modules
- System tests, sensor calibrations and adaptation of new components
- Connection through the standard OBD2 port with automatic configuration detection
- ECU unbinding for conflict-free module replacement
- Detailed live data, including battery module voltages, plus post-collision recovery tools
