In 2019, MSG Equipment introduced its newly developed multifunctional MS005 test bench. It checks the key performance characteristics of automotive electrical units: 12, 24 and 48V alternators (L/FR, SIG, RLO, RVC, COM and other types) under loads up to 300A, and starters up to 6 kW at idle.
- A mounting system that needs no extra tools,
- Special diagnostic cables and an alternator database,
- Manual and automatic modes, with load selection to prevent overloading,
- Results saved and printed as values, oscillograms and graphs.
The bench is designed to speed up fault finding in workshops and to perform post-repair control tests.
