Released in August 2016, the MS561 is a compact controller that simulates the vehicle to diagnose EPS racks, columns and EHPS pumps in 7–10 minutes.
In August 2016 MSG Equipment introduced the MS561 controller, a vehicle simulator for fast and accurate diagnostics of electric power steering (EPS) units. Besides repairing racks, columns and electro-hydraulic pumps, it can be used to sort used parts into working and faulty ones before purchase.
Units can be tested on the car or removed, using a PC or tablet, a diagnostic scanner via OBD and a model-specific power cable. Key features:
