MSG Equipment delivered a five-day on-site training on electric power steering systems to Zentrum-Group, a Portuguese partner using the MS561 controller.
Zentrum-Group is a Portuguese company with 20 years in the automotive business, focused on selling and repairing electronic modules for many car brands. After buying MSG’s MS561 EPS controller and diagnostic cables in early 2019, it wanted to deepen its expertise in electric steering diagnostics.
At Zentrum-Group’s invitation, an MSG specialist delivered the course «Maintenance and repair of electro-hydraulic pumps, electric racks and columns» on site. Adapted to the local market, the five-day training taught staff to use the MS561’s full functionality, the operating principles of these systems and fault-finding methods.
Units from vehicles such as the VW Golf V, Skoda Octavia II, VW Polo and Renault Kangoo were studied.
