AS-PL added an FAQ tab to its website, answering common questions about finding products, ordering and invoices, mostly with short videos.
Responding to many requests, AS-PL launched a new FAQ tab on its website that collects customers’ most frequent questions. It was prepared together with Sales Department staff who know customers’ needs well.
The first 13 questions cover topics that can be unclear for new customers, such as finding a product, placing an order and locating invoices and other documents. Most answers are short English-language videos that show the solution step by step.
The tab is available under “Support” in the top menu; for anything not covered, customers are encouraged to contact their sales representative.
