In March 2020 MSG Equipment announced two new services to keep in touch with customers remotely: online customer support and consulting, and online courses from its training center.
Consultations take place as video calls, where technical specialists, managers and instructors answer questions on equipment maintenance and on diagnosing and repairing vehicle units, showing production areas and equipment live when needed.
Online training started with the «Starters and Alternators» course, with an EPS systems course scheduled next. Each course consists of 1.5-hour video lessons, followed by online Q&A sessions and the option of one-to-one time with an instructor.
